The protection of your personal data that you submit via this website is ensured by the joint data controllers, Aestus d.o.o., Aestus finansijska savjetovanje d.o.o. and Aestus Development d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Aestus). Personal data includes name, surname, name of the company where the person works, e-mail address and telephone number.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

All your personal data related to inquiries are collected voluntarily via a standardized form, e-mail, telephone and other communication channels upon request.

When you fill out a form via Facebook, Linkedin, Trebam.hr or another external service provider, you accept their terms of personal data processing.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. You can withdraw your right for a specific purpose or for all purposes of processing personal data to which you have consented.
• Right to data portability – You have the right to request that we forward your personal data that we process to another data controller.
• Right to object – If you notice that your data is being used for purposes that you do not consider justified, you can request in writing (by e-mail) that we stop using your data for these purposes.
• You can exercise your rights in writing to the e-mail address dpo@aestus.hr. We will inform you about the progress of your request and the reasons for rejecting the request no later than 30 days.
• If you believe that Aestus has violated any of your rights guaranteed by the General Regulation, you have the right to file a request for a determination of a violation of rights with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
