Aestus Group is engaged in accounting, consulting and development of solutions that make business faster and more accurate both internally and for many clients.
Since our founding in 2015, we have gained more than 600 satisfied clients, and our team has grown to 50 people.

Projects
Our team
Ivan Roje founded and led several successful companies and projects in various fields, among which stand out the management of investment projects, creating and leading the first university online program of lifelong learning in Croatia and starting a consulting company. After attaining a Master’s degree in electrical engineering (Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka, field: Automation of processes), he earned an MBA in International Business (MIB Trieste School of Management) and thanks to his acquired knowledge on technology and business started working in Microsoft in 2017.
Danko Žitnić is in charge of marketing, market research and operational management of projects with a focus on sustainable development. He gained previous experience by working at the University of Rijeka on various projects in the fields of ICT and infrastructure. He was a member of the Thematic Innovation Council for energy and sustainable environment (founded by the initiative of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of the Republic of Croatia). Danko is currently pursuing a Ph.D., developing his dissertation in general economics and management of sustainable development.
Goran Lučin is the holder of the PMP certificate of the Project Management Institute and works as the head of EU projects since 2014. He prepared projects from all over Europe and Croatia in activities such as lifelong learning, processing industry and tourism. Goran is in charge of the following areas of specialization: project cycle management, financial modeling and EU funds. Currently, he is studying the Executive MBA e-Leadership program on Algebra University College.
Albi Enesi is a partner architect in the Studio-A29 biro since 2009. He worked on reconstruction and restoration of historic buildings and structures, new construction, interior design and product design. In Trieste, he co-founded Impact HUB Trieste and the ManifeTSo 2020 association engaged in urban regeneration. Through Aestus Development and construction of the Cos-Terra residential building, he upgraded his professional profile, seeing as apart from being a designer, he performed as an investor and with a holistic approach participated in all phases of the real estate investment process.
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, Nikša Kalčić specialized in accounting. Following 10 years of experience and independent management of around 40 clients at his former employer, he started working in Aestus Accounting. Soon he became a board member and as the head of accounting leads and coordinates our team of accountants and takes care of key clients.
Aleksandra Ignatoski is a product manager at Aestus Accounting team. She leads the development team, and makes sure sure that the product and high-quality service are aligned. Aleksandra joined the Aestus team in 2018. as Business Advisor for Personal Data Protection. Prior to that, she gained international experience by studying at Charles University in Prague, and by researching smart cities through start-up work in Finland. She spent her days as a student at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka as a radio host of the student radio program. At University of Rijeka Foundation she launched the first university case study competition – Realizator. She holds a master’s degree in research on “Big Data in the Telecommunications Industry” and continues to work with the data sensitivity in Aestus. Aleksandra is a member of Alumni Board of Faculty of Economics and Business, Rijeka. In leisure time Aleksandra practices aerial acrobatics.
After graduating in the field of economics, she was hired by Allianz Zagreb d.d. and became an expert associate for key partners and clients. She gained experience in sales and customer relations. In addition to the insurance sector, she gained sales experience in the tourism sector as well by creating the most attractive products for specific customers. At Aestus Group she is responsible for building relationships and customer care from the initial contact to the final stages of business cooperation.
As a former athlete she enjoys an active lifestyle in her free time, she is in love with fitness and running.
Marija gained her sales experience in telecommunications, where she progressed to the branch manager and the regional sales coordinator. Protecting personal information in telecommunications, taking care of clients, and archives of contracts and personal dana was her first line of interest. At Aestus she started as a Personal Data Protection Adviser, after what she moved on to Aestus Accounting where she is in charge of data processing and customer service.
In leisure time she enjoys playing with her daughter and lessons in windsurfing.
Adriana Karačić became part of Aestus Group team in 2020. as a graduate student at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, after which she commited to lead and conduct marketing activities of the group. She is responsible for marketing campaigns design and launch, market analysis, as well as taking care of social networks with the goal of attracting new clients. She gained previous work experience as a trainee in the banking sector and hotel sector. As a member of the project management team in the student Debate club, she participated in the organization and launch of several student conferences, such as “Take My Word” and “Do You Know-How?” as well as in financial literacy education organization for high school students. In her free time, Adriana likes to travel and dance on silk.
Patricia Sečen is a project management specialist and IPMA certified project management associate. She gained experience working on projects co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds, INTERREG transnational cooperation programs and national co-financing programs of the Republic of Croatia. She participated in the preparation and implementation of projects in the wider region, including cooperation on projects of the Adriatic-Ionian macro-region, cross-border cooperation programs and the NUTS II region of Adriatic Croatia. Working in the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors, she learned how to find adequate sources of funding for all sizes and types of entrepreneurs. In the Consulting team, she is in charge of EU projects, preparation of strategic documentation and obtaining other financial support for the realization of entrepreneurial ideas of our clients. When not working, Patricia enjoys spending time with her children and playing sports.
Petra Pokrajčić has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka. After graduating, she was in charge of investment consulting and business analysis of clients as a banking advisor. She also passed the HANFA exam for an insurance agent and finished the program “Negotiation in International Business”. Petra honed her skills by taking care of relations with guests in a hotel chain and by participating in the project “Spread the word” in Cyprus. As a manager of Aestus Accounting’s sales team, she is dedicated to planning, coordinating and measuring performance. Through business plans creation assistance she also helps start-up entrepreneurs with obtaining financial support for self-employment. She graduated from the summer school of the Italian language in Padua. In her free time she enjoys traveling.
