Procurement of a production line to start production of noise protection walls for roads, highways and railways (Pro-buk)

Project value: HRK 4,416,687.50, of which HRK 1,253,944.07 were non-refundable (grants).

Task: The company Fracasso-Ri Ltd. decided to procure a production line so to produce noise protection walls for roads, highways and railways. The goal was to increase their profitability, increasing the quality of delivered goods for better control of the production process and by launching the only manufacturing facility in the Republic of Croatia for the mentioned products with ultimately increasing their income by at least 25%.

Solution: Aestus Consulting team created the necessary documentation and applied the project to the tender „Competence and development of SMEs“. We received a grant from the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts for the project.

Results:

Fracasso-Ri Ltd. will be the first company in Croatia to start producing noise protection walls for roads, highways and railways.
Increase in the company’s competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets, which will result in an increase in the volume of contracted jobs.
Strengthening the existing position in the current market.
Acquisition of new markets (railways).
