Project value: HRK 348.000,00, of which HRK 226,200.00 is a grant.

Task: Aestus Consulting team was in charge of preparing the application documentation for the tender within the call “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of SMEs through information and communication technologies (ICT).” The project aims to increase the competitiveness of Progeo Ltd. information system, procurement of computer equipment and computer programs.

Solution: Aestus Consulting team prepared the necessary documentation and submitted the project to the tender. The project was positively evaluated and the grant was agreed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The results:

• Improving and optimizing business processes, which will positively affect the employees.
• Preserving jobs and increasing employment, as well as knowledge transfer.
• Increasing the income of entrepreneurs while creating a positive impact on the state budget and environmental protection in the form of reducing paper consumption thanks to the digitalization of business.
